General Shipping Guidelines

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
  • All orders are pending until address, payment, price and merchandise availability are verified.
  • Express shipping orders will be processed within 24 business hours, pending verification of payment, shipping information and product availability.
  • Standard Shipping orders are typically processed within one business day, pending verification of payment, shipping information, and product availability.
  • ESPWaterProducts.com does not currently offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
  • Order delays due to invalid payment or address information are not the responsibility of ESPWaterProducts.com.
  • Delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of ESPWaterProducts.com or the carrier.

Return Policy

Most items may be returned if new, unused, and unopened in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is deemed incorrect or defective. An RMA number must be obtained from ESP Water Products before returning items received incorrect or defective. Please follow the return procedures carefully before returning any item to ensure timely credit or refund.

All returned “commercial” products, including, but not limited to, reverse osmosis membranes rated at >100 gpd, UV systems rated over 22 GPM, and and RO tanks 15 gallons or larger, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Point-of-entry reverse osmosis systems are custom made based on requests in the individual order and therefore cannot be returned for a refunded. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of returned item delivery to ESP Water Products. It may take several more days for bank processing before funds are received.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return Shipping Label

You can receive a shipping label by calling us at (877) 377-9876. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Over the phone, you'll be informed of the return amount and a shipping label emailed within minutes.

Exchanges

ESP Water does not offer exchanges or store credit. Please simply follow the return instructs for the incorrect item(s) ordered and place a new order for the correct item. For assistance, please contact our customer support team at (469) 521-9920.

Warranties

Product warranties vary per item manufacturer. Please see the product’s owner’s manual or contact customersupport@espwaterproducts.com for specific item warranty information.

ORDERED WRONG ITEM or NO LONGER NEED ITEM - If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need an item you ordered, you may return the item if it is new, unused, and unopened in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return or exchange follow the instructions below:

Customers With Accounts:

  1. Login to your account.

  2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.

  3. Click the Return Item(s) button.

  4. Fill out the required information and submit your return.

  5. You will receive email notifications, detailed return instructions, and status updates.

Customers Without Accounts:

  1. Please contact ESP Water Products at (877) 377-9876 to initiate a return.

  2. You will receive email notifications, detailed return instructions, and status updates.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM or PROBLEM WITH ITEM - If you received the wrong item or there is a problem with your item, please contact ESP Customer Support within 30 days of delivery at (877) 377-9876 to obtain return authorization and return instructions.
