In order to maintain the manufacturer's warranty, UL third-party certification, and ensure your A.O. Smith AO-WH-UV Sterilight UV system is properly treating the water in your home, it is necessary to only use genuine VIQUA Sterilight S410RL-HO (formerly AO-UV-HF-LAMP) UV lamps in your system. Genuine manufacturer lamps will have "VIQUA S410RL-HO" etched onto the lamp glass. Using any other lamp will void the manufactures warranty and may be unsafe to use. Replacement Lamp & Sleeve Info
Lamp (S410RL-HO or AO-UV-HF-LAMP/AO-UV-HIFLOW-LAMP) - Replace every 12 months
Quartz Sleeve (QSO-410 or AO-UV-HF-QUARTZ/AO-UV-HIFLOW-SLEEVE) - Replace every 24 months or as needed, and clean whenever lamp is replaced
