Policy / Guarantee of Satisfaction:
If you aren't completely satisfied
with any of our products or have simply ordered
the wrong product please contact us by email or
phone to obtain a Return Authorization number
(RA). No credit can be given for used filters
or used filtration units. No returns will be accepted
or credit given without an RA number.

| Warranty
Information:
The manufacturers warrant that
the products delivered will be free from any defects
in workmanship or materials. Further, the warranty
provided herein applies, only when used within
the products specifications and service life from
the date of installation, beyond which time or
use, the manufacture is absolved of any and all
liability for any use of the product. In the event
of defect or non-conformity, buyer shall promptly
notify manufacture in writing, supplying proof
of of purchase dates, installation dates and will
protect and retain the products for investigation,
or manufacturer is absolved of any and all liability
for any use of the products.

All personal information including
your name, address and credit card number will
be processed using the most secure type of encryption
available, (128Bit Secure Socket Layer). You will
see a lock or lock and key displayed on your screen
when you enter the customer information page.
This symbol lets you know that all information
is being encrypted and that your personal information
can not be compromised. In addition, we will only
receive and store only the last 5 digits of your
credit card number from our credit card processor,
Card Services International.
Currently all major credit card
issuers have no-risk policies when using your
credit card online. Should your credit card ever
get misused, you will not be liable for those
fraudulent charges. In addition, the Fair Credit
Billing Act guarantees you cannot be held liable
for more than $50 of unauthorized charges on your

or share this information with any outside parties.

to replace your filters. Many of our customers
find this reminder to be very helpful. If, however,
