Definitions of Abbreviations:

gpd - gallons per day / daily maximum membrane production under ideal conditions

CTA - cellulose tri-acetate - membrane is chlorine tolerant

TFC - thin film composite - not chlorine tolerant - higher production rate than CTA

GAC - granular activated carbon
